Create bays, keep open repair orders in a waiting queue, and drag work into a bay or between bays. A drop creates a two-hour schedule and can move an eligible order into progress.
The board shows one current assignment per bay; it does not prevent overlapping scheduled windows.
Start from a shop inspection template, mark findings Good, Attention, or Urgent, add notes and prices, and attach photos or PDFs to the findings that need explanation.
Share a secure customer report by text, email, copied link, or QR code. Customers can select recommended work from their phone.
Connect every repair order to its customer and vehicle, record mileage and job details, and move work through created, diagnosed, approved, in-progress, completed, and closed states.
Repair-order photos and completed history stay attached to the shop record.
Estimates and payments
Build parts-and-labor line items and track estimate status alongside the repair order. When Stripe is configured, staff can open hosted Checkout to collect payment.
Estimate status is staff-managed; customer self-service approval belongs to the DVI report.
Labor tracking
Technicians clock in and out against a repair order, while authorized staff can add completed labor manually for a selected technician.
Labor entries retain minutes, descriptions, technician, and repair-order context.
Parts inventory
Maintain part names, SKUs, descriptions, quantities, minimum stock levels, unit prices, and restocks from one inventory view.
At-a-glance indicators identify parts at or below their configured minimum.
Customers, vehicles, and team
Keep customer contact details beside vehicle year, make, model, VIN, plate, mileage, and related repair orders. Signed-in staff receive role-based access to shop workflows.
GarageFlow supports owner, admin, service-writer, and technician access roles. Enter a VIN and GarageFlow fills in the make, model, year, trim, body style, and engine automatically. Every field stays editable, and you can skip it and type the details yourself.
Service history
Review prior repair orders through the customer and vehicle records instead of rebuilding context at every visit.
Photos, estimates, labor, and inspections remain connected to the underlying job records.
Know before you demo
The demo is real—and safely limited.
It includes seeded customers, vehicles, repair orders, inventory, and inspection findings. To protect real people and payment accounts, demo shops do not send external SMS or email and do not create real Stripe charges.
